On rare occasions, a member of our support team may need to assist you with an issue you have reported. In those cases, access is granted only when the business owner (the account administrator who registered the business) explicitly authorizes it, and it is strictly limited to resolving the issue at hand.

Our commitment to you

No Flexduuka team member can see your inventory, sales, clients, or any other business data without the business owner's permission. Your data is never used for our own purposes.

7Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These include encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure password hashing, access controls, and regular monitoring of our systems.

No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

8Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

When you close your account, we will provide you with a reasonable opportunity to export your data, after which we will delete or anonymize your information in accordance with our retention policies and applicable law.
